As a Trade Development Representative, you will be the link between our company and retail partners, ensuring our products are well represented, available, and visible in the market. You will build strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver results that contribute to business growth. Visit assigned outlets regularly to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key decision makers. Identify new business opportunities and drive market growth. Collect market and competitor information and share actionable insights. Implement promotional activities and ensure compliance with company standards. Achieve sales targets and provide regular activity and performance reports. Ability to communicate effectively in English and local languages relevant to the respective region Strong sales and customer engagement skills Proactive and adaptable mindset Valid driver’s licence and reliable means of transport Applicants for TDR positions must indicate their preferred province when applying.
