Qualifications and Requirements: Must possess a valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) Certificate Must be familiar with and able to effectively implement the New Zambian Curriculum Minimum of a Primary Teaching Diploma Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Applicant must be residing within a 5-kilometer radius of Sante City Academy (Kaunda Square Phase 2) Plan and deliver lessons in line with the New Zambian Curriculum Assess, record, and report pupils’ academic progress Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment Participate in school programs, meetings, and other assigned duties
