In its quest to improve service delivery, the Company seeks to employ suitable, highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following vacancies: To manage the provision of human resource management and administrative services in order to enhance operations of the institution.Job search platform To manage effectively human resource management functions in order to optimize utilization of human resources and enhance staff morale. To manage effectively human resource development functions in order to build capacity and enhance staff performance. To manage effectively human resource planning functions in order to maintain an optimal number of staff. To manage timely provision of administrative and support services in order to enhance efficient and effective operations. To manage effectively the employee relations in order to ensure compliance with labour laws. To manage timely preparation of payroll inputs in order to facilitate payment of salaries and effect recoveries. To manage effectively the recruitment and placement of staff in order to ensure optimal staffing levels. To manage effectively development of work plans and implementation of performance management systems in order to monitor, evaluate and enhance performance. 3.0 Qualifications and Experience Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five (05) credits including English and Mathematics. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent. Fully paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management. 8 years, 2 of which should be in management. 4.0 Skills, Knowledge and Other Attributes Must have interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills. Must be assertive, high ethical standards, respectful and collaborative. Must have the ability to cope with high levels of responsibility with confidential matters and of high integrity.
