Accurately input data from source document into database and spreadsheets. Update and verify existing records to ensure data integrity and consistency. Perform regular data cleaning to remove errors duplicates and outdated information. To correct errors and organise information in the manner that will optimise swift and accurate capturing To inform relevant parties regarding errors encountered. To prepare and circulate all daily reports to relevant officials All employees and workers are required to conduct themselves in accordance with our EHS Vision to achieve Zero Harm to; our people, the environment we work in, our customers and our suppliers Organize and file physical and digital documents according to company policy. Retrieve records for internal teams and authorized parties upon request. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information Assist with inventory checks, stock and Rock Tools drilled meters reconciliation. To offer support with data queries and verifications. Minimum Grade 12 Certificate/Diploma in IT, Business Administration or related field. 1 + year experience in data entry, clerical, or administration role is an advantage Fresh graduates with strong computer skills will be considered Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality. Reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision. Good communication skills in English Comfortable with repetitive tasks and meeting deadline. A valid driver’s license, an added advantage. Goal driven and have a track record of achieving those great results through teamwork and collaboration. Physical and medical ability to work in a mining environment
