We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team to oversee operations and drive productivity. IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING There are two positions available: Crop Manager and Beef Manager Applicants must be 35 years or older and willing to commit to long-term rural work The farm is located in a remote rural area with limited network connectivity Candidates must be comfortable living and working with minimal amenities Best suited for individuals with strong farming backgrounds, especially those with rural experience Only serious applicants who can adapt to and thrive in rural conditions should apply Plan and manage all crop production activities including land preparation, planting, weeding, and harvesting Supervise and coordinate farm labour teams Monitor soil fertility, irrigation systems, and pest/disease control Implement sustainable and climate-smart farming practices Maintain accurate records of planting schedules, inputs, and yields Report regularly to management on crop performance and productivity Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field (required) Master’s degree is an added advantage 5 years of practical experience in crop farming and management Strong knowledge of soil fertility, irrigation, and pest management Proven leadership and team management skills Ability to work independently in a rural environment Knowledge of sustainable and modern farming practices is an advantage Oversee all aspects of beef cattle management and daily farm operations Ensure high standards of cattle health, nutrition, and welfare Supervise, train, and support farm staff Monitor pasture quality and grazing systems to improve herd productivity Maintain accurate records on cattle health, breeding, and production Work closely with management to improve efficiency and sustainability 5 years of hands-on experience in beef cattle care and farm operations Strong understanding of cattle nutrition, health, and pasture management Proven leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience working in remote rural environments Knowledge of sustainable and regenerative farming practices is an advantage
