Afrox, a Linde companyStores ControllerLusaka, Zambia | req32216What you will enjoy doingKeep an organized filing system for goods received vouchers in chronological order and ensure timely forwarding for processingConduct weekly reconciliation of bulk gases and cylinders, investigating and correcting any discrepancies in collaboration with Supply Chain and Warehouse teamsOversee stock receipt from branches, couriers, and suppliers, addressing issues related to damages or quantity and quality variances promptlyReport any stock irregularities immediately to supervisors to maintain accuracy and quality standardsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth stock management and inventory control processesUphold safety and quality standards throughout stock handling and reconciliation activitiesWhat makes you greatYou posses a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply or equivalent and have atleast 4 years of experience in the industrial environment and must be a member of a professional body Experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, or related supply chain functionsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping and reportingAbility to investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions effectivelyProactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining quality standardsCommitment to upholding safety, integrity, and respect in all work activitiesWhy you will love working with usAfrox is a market leader in gases and welding products and part of Linde.
