IT Specialist

Job Responsibilities:Responsible for providing IT support services across the hygiene products and washing powder manufacturing plants, including but not limited to:Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting printers, desktops, operating systems, and application software.Providing end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network equipment, including switches, wireless controllers, and wireless access points (APs).Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining CCTV surveillance systems, including camera installation, NVR setup, and system troubleshooting.Performing network cable termination and ensuring proper network connectivity.Conducting routine inspections, monitoring network performance, and carrying out preventive maintenance on IT infrastructure.Supporting the installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT systems to ensure stable and efficient business operations.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of three (3) years of relevant IT support experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.CCNA certification is preferred.Demonstrated hands-on experience with printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Practical experience installing and maintaining CCTV systems, including NVR configuration.Basic knowledge of network cable termination, structured cabling, and network infrastructure.Familiarity with network monitoring, fault diagnosis, and routine IT infrastructure inspections.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and respond promptly to technical issues.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to IT support.
