Generating leads and building a strong client pipeline. Conducting product demonstrations and client presentations. Preparing proposals, quotations, and implementation plans. Meeting sales and business growth targets. ERP ImplementationGathering and analyzing client business requirements. Configuring and implementing Odoo ERP modules. Managing data migration and system testing. Conducting user training and supporting system go-live activities. Providing post-implementation support and customer success services. Client SupportProviding ongoing technical and functional support. Developing user manuals and training materials. Assisting clients with business process optimization. Qualifications and ExperienceApplicants must possess:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in ERP implementation, business systems, accounting software, or related consulting roles. Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement. Experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be an added advantage. Experience with Odoo ERP will be highly preferred. Desired Skills and CompetenciesStrong IT and accounting knowledge. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Business analysis and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused with strong relationship management abilities. Ability to conduct training and system demonstrations.
