Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Team Lead to support day-to-day team operations, reporting, engagement, and performance coordination.Responsibilities:Compile and submit comprehensive monthly reports to the CSP, highlighting key metrics and performance indicatorsMonitor team performance and ensure operational standards are maintainedOrganize and facilitate quarterly team activities to encourage collaboration, morale, and team engagementProvide day-to-day support and guidance to team membersFoster a positive, professional, and high-performing team cultureAssist team members with troubleshooting basic IT and operational issuesEscalate technical concerns promptly through the appropriate internal channelsVerify team member availability and status within operational systems to support workforce efficiencyParticipate in departmental meetings with leadership teams to support operational planning and executionCollaborate with internal stakeholders to address team challenges and improve workflowsSupport the implementation of operational initiatives and process improvementsRequirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a team lead, supervisory, or operations support roleStrong organizational and reporting skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentBasic technical troubleshooting skills are an advantage
