Accountant (1 Position)Responsibilities:Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting recordsManage accounts payable and receivableReconcile bank statements and cashbooksPrepare budgets and monitor expendituresEnsure compliance with tax and statutory obligationsAssist management with financial planning and decision-makingRequirements:Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional qualification such as ZICA/ACCA/CIMA is an added advantageProven experience in accounting or financeKnowledge of accounting software and Microsoft ExcelHonest, analytical, and detail-oriented2. Chef (1 Position)Responsibilities:Prepare high-quality meals in line with lodge standardsPlan menus and manage food presentationMaintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchenMonitor food stock levels and kitchen suppliesEnsure compliance with food safety regulationsRequirements:Certificate/Diploma in Food Production or related fieldProven experience as a ChefGood leadership and kitchen management skillsCreative and passionate about food preparation3. Bartender (1 Position)Responsibilities:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesMaintain cleanliness of the bar areaProvide excellent customer serviceMonitor stock and report shortagesEnsure responsible beverage serviceRequirements:Experience in bartending or hospitality industryGood communication and customer care skillsHonest, energetic, and well-presentedKnowledge of beverages and cocktails is an added advantage4.
