B-ne Innovations Limited is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Part-Time Sales Representatives for EdifyFlow, an innovative school management system designed to streamline academic administration, fee management, and communication for schools.This role offers a flexible opportunity to build sales experience while earning based on performance.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, visit, and engage prospective schools within KitwePresent and demonstrate the EdifyFlow system to key decision-makers (Headteachers, Bursars, Administrators)Generate, track, and manage qualified leads.Conduct consistent follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.Maintain accurate weekly reports on sales activities and pipeline progress.Compensation.commission-based earningsCandidate ProfileWe are looking for individuals who demonstrate:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Confidence in presenting to senior decision-makers. Self-motivated discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Willingness to travel within Kitwe to meet clientsBasic computer literacy Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)Important InformationSuitable for students, recent graduates, and professionals seeking flexible income opportunities.
