WE ARE HIRING: OPTOMETRISTLocation: Lusaka | I-Catch Optical LtdI-Catch Optical Ltd is a growing eye care provider committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered services both in-practice and through community outreach programmes.We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Optometrist who is passionate about patient care and eager to contribute to both clinical services and community eye health promotion.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive eye examinations and provide accurate diagnoses Prescribe and dispense spectacles and other visual aids Deliver exceptional patient and customer care at all times Perform basic optical technical work (measurements, lens marking, adjustments, minor repairs) Participate in outreach screening programmes and community eye care initiatives Support day-to-day operations, including stock management and reporting Adapt to additional duties as required, especially during outreach activities RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Optometry Minimum 3 years’ practical experience Strong clinical and dispensing skills Hands-on experience with frame selection, measurements, and adjustments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a small, dynamic team Willingness to travel for outreach programmes What We’re Looking ForA patient-focused professional who takes pride in service quality A confident communicator who can educate and engage communities A practical, can-do individual comfortable being hands-on Someone adaptable and committed to supporting a growing organisationHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit:Updated CV Copies of academic qualifications Valid practicing certificate Copy of NRCSend your application to: recruit.icatch@gmail.comOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
