We specialize in uniform production and are strengthening our Product Development department.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Technical Documentation Officer to support our Product Development team. The role is responsible for preparing and managing all technical information required for garment production, ensuring that all styles are properly documented before production begins.This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and smooth communication between Product Development, Cutting, and Production.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare tech packs for all garment stylesMaintain:measurement specification tablessize chartsgrading tablesPrepare cut plans indicating:stylessizesquantities to be cutSupport WIP (Work-In-Progress) trackingEnsure all required documentation is complete before production startsWork closely with:Pattern MakersSample MakersCutting & Bundling teamMaintain organized and up-to-date records of all stylesMinimum RequirementsDiploma, Certificate, or Degree in:Fashion DesignClothing TechnologyTailoringor a related fieldMust be computer literate (this is a must)Strong ability to work with Excel or similar toolsBasic understanding of garments and measurementsAbility to read and interpret specificationsAdded AdvantageKnowledge or exposure to any of the following will be an added advantage:Garment production processesTechnical documentation or tech packsPattern making or measurementsSkills & CompetenciesHigh attention to detailStrong organizational skillsAbility to follow structured processesGood communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesWork StructureWorks within the Product Development DepartmentSupports both development and production processesWorks closely with Pattern Makers and Cutting teamWhat We OfferOpportunity to work in a structured and growing manufacturing environmentHands-on experience in garment production systemsOpportunity to grow into a key technical roleHow to Apply Email: hr.eqwpe@gmail.com
