Staff supervision: Assist in monitoring staff performance and discipline. Customer engagement: Support customer service initiatives and resolve minor complaints. Sales reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports under guidance. Inventory checks: Conduct stock counts and assist in replenishment. Store presentation: Ensure shelves are neat, clean, and well stocked. Learning management skills: Shadow the Store Manager to gain leadership experience. Strategic planning: Develop and implement sales and growth strategies. Financial management: Oversee budgets, cash flow, and expense control. Performance evaluation: Conduct staff appraisals and set performance targets. Compliance enforcement: Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and safety standards. Supplier coordination: Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts. Marketing initiatives: Drive promotions, advertising, and community engagement. Problem resolution: Handle escalated customer complaints and operational challenges. Leadership development: Mentor Trainee Managers and prepare them for future roles. High school diploma or equivalent. Diploma / Degree in Business, Retail, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in fruit and veg production. Basic knowledge in retail industry. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Physical fitness and ability to work at heights. Candidate should be medically fit. Skills, Abilities, Knowledge, Licenses, Certifications Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stay calm and focused.
