Follow Spectrum Credit Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Team Leader to join our growing team in Lusaka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team to achieve set performance targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Supervise and guide team members to meet daily and monthly targets. Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching where necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Prepare performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement. Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork. Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field. Proven leadership skills with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role (preferably in the financial sector). Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
