Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage site resources, heavy machinery, and production schedules efficiently. Report progress, challenges, and milestones directly to management. Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the mining or quarrying sector. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of safety protocols and operational compliance. Ability to relocate to or work in Chipata.
