We are looking for a Settlement Clerk to join our team and ensure accurate settlements, efficient financial controls, and smooth warehouse operations. Process daily sales settlements accurately and within agreed timelines. Manage driver settlements and maintain accurate driver accounts. Perform daily and monthly closing of driver loads. Resolve customer and driver queries promptly. Process settlement corrections and maintain relevant registers. Ensure all Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation is complete and accurate. Prepare credit notes, invoices, and other settlement documentation. Support the Distribution team by ensuring all required documentation is in place. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong financial and administrative skills Excellent problem-solving and time management skills Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure Diploma in Logistics or a related field. Certificate in Business Administration, Bookkeeping, or Finance is an added advantage. 2–5 years of experience in administration, finance, bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, or a similar role. Strong computer literacy and experience with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage. Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities.
