Follow Functional area: Human Resources Chingola, Copperbelt Province, ZM, 10101 To lead and deliver end-to-end human resource services at site level, acting as a strategic HR partner to line management. The role is responsible for driving workforce effectiveness through proactive talent management, employee relations, performance optimization, compliance, and organizational development initiatives, while ensuring alignment with Epiroc’s business objectives, values, and statutory requirements. Act as a strategic HR partner to line management, providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, performance, and talent decisions. Onboarding, and employee lifecycle management Lead and manage disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and legal compliance. Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement initiatives. Support talent management and succession planning, identifying capability gaps and coordinating development interventions. Ensure full compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and audit requirements. Review and validate payroll inputs and act as an escalation point for complex payroll issues. Maintain HR data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support business decision-making. Champion employee engagement, culture, and inclusion initiatives. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. 6-8 years’ experience in a progressive HR generalist role. Strong experience in handling complex employee relations cases and advising management. Sound knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
