POSITION : SALES REPRESENTATIVES • Identify sales and market growth opportunities within assigned territories • Plan, prioritize and execute daily, weekly and monthly sales activities • Conduct customer calls in line with approved call schedules • Achieve volume, market share and distribution targets • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships • Monitor competitor activities and recommend corrective actions • Ensure effective in-trade execution including availability, pricing, visibility and promotions • Generate customer orders and complete sales administration accurately and on time • Conduct in-trade audits and ensure POSM is properly deployed and collected • Utilize sales and information systems effectively to track performance • Control expenditure within approved budgets • Uphold company standards, policies and corporate image • Minimum: Diploma or Degree in Sales / Marketing • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales • At least 1 year as a Sales Representative in a similar environment • Ideal: 3+ years’ experience in FMCG sales
