Follow DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Maintain positive business relationship with customers to maximize sale • Present, promote, and sell product/services using solid argument to existing and prospective customers • Supply supervisors with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new product and services • Ensure that customer satisfaction is upheld on a daily basis • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends • Continuously improve through feedback by performing cost-benefit and need analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs • Expedite the resolution of customers problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfactions • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcome with schedule • Coordinate sales efforts with the team members and other departments • Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales and status report • Ensure company procedures and laid down rules are followed • Ensure that customers are properly welcomed • Ensuring that monthly reports are submitted on 05th of every month • Ensuring that the working place is clean at all times • Any other duty assigned by the supervisor • Must have a full grade 12 certificate • Must have a certificate or diploma in business related programs • Must have good communication and problem-solving skills • Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience
