Promote and market the hospital’s services to prospective clients, organizations, and partners. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct client visits and presentations where required. Achieve set sales and business development targets. Prepare and submit regular sales reports. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Represent the hospital professionally at meetings, events, and other promotional activities. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure excellent client service. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & RequirementsZambia job market Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field; a degree will be an added advantage. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be professional, presentable, honest, and trustworthy. Verification of all qualifications by ZAQA is required.
