Follow WE ARE HIRING – SALES MARKETING MANAGER Netlinks Contractors Limited is seeking a results-driven Sales Marketing Manager to help grow our business across Telecommunications, Electrical Services, IT Solutions, Civil Works, and Construction sectors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into long-term clients. We are looking for a person who can hit the ground running while helping shape the company’s growth strategy. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both public and private sectors. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, mines, NGOs, educational institutions, and corporate organizations. • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, tenders, and capability statements. • Lead marketing initiatives and manage the company’s brand presence across digital and traditional platforms. • Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements. • Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly report on performance. • Work closely with technical and project teams to develop client solutions. • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field. • Experience in B2B sales, business development, telecommunications, construction, engineering, or IT services is an advantage. • Candidates with little experience but exceptional drive, communication skills, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. • Strong proposal writing and presentation skills. • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision. • Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
