Generate and convert sales leads Conduct property site visits and client consultations Promote residential land developments Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns Build client relationships through networking and referrals Prepare sales proposals and payment plans Maintain accurate client records Meet weekly and monthly sales targets Represent the company at exhibitions and community events * Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or Real Estate * Property sales experience is an added advantage * Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp Business * Self-motivated and target-driven * Driver’s licence is an added advantage * Attractive uncapped commission * Product training and career development * Clear career progression opportunities * High-performance and rewarding work environment
