Follow The Sales & Marketing Associate is a pivotal role dedicated to driving sales growth and amplifying our brand presence. Reporting jointly to the local Sales Manager and the Head of Marketing & Growth of MPower Group, this position is designed for a dynamic, hands-on professional. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who is energized by direct market engagement, building meaningful customer relationships, and scaling our business impact. Sales & Customer Engagement (60%) Actively sell solar products and solutions in the market. Identify and pursue sales opportunities, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement. Build strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Participate in sales activations, events, fairs and exhibitions. Manage the company’s Facebook and WhatsApp Business, and any other social media platforms or company profiles needed to increase engagement and visibility. Create and share engaging content to enhance the company’s online reputation. Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the local market needs. Support the training of co-workers, sharing best practices in sales and marketing. Ensure timely execution of marketing tasks and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in sales or marketing, with a proven ability to drive results. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to confidently sell in the market and interact with customers. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM software. Ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions. Must be willing to work in a hands-on sales role, actively engaging in direct sales. Membership with the ZIM and/or the ZAQA is a plus.
