Follow Sales Manager – Fiscalisation Solutions Our client is establishing and scaling fiscalisation solutions for the Zambia market, supporting products such as Fiscal Cloud Portal, RevPOS, Print Driver, Excel E-Invoicing Add-in, DLL Library, ASP.Net Web Service, and related ZRA Smart Invoice integrations. The Sales Manager will support the successful setup, rollout, client adoption, and ongoing operation of the Zambia fiscalisation business in line with ZRA requirements, commercial targets, and client service expectations. To lead and coordinate the sales function, ensuring strong execution, accurate reporting, and effective support to the Zambia fiscalisation operation. Define and execute Zambia go-to-market sales strategy manage partner/reseller relationships set quotas and monitor pipeline collaborate with Key Account Managers on retention Support full market launch activities, CRM pipeline discipline, product demos, proposal follow-up, and client conversion targets. REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES knowledge of Zambian business landscape and ZRA mandates Degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or related field. 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in ICT, software, fintech, fiscalisation, ERP, or SaaS solutions. Experience in ICT, software, ERP, POS, SaaS, fintech, fiscalisation, or regulated technology solutions will be an added advantage. All products – positioning and pricing for ZM market Fiscal Cloud Portal (demo environment) Strong professional integrity and ability to work in a regulated client environment. Clear communicator with strong follow-through and documentation discipline. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across sales, accounts, technical support, development, and management. Able to work under rollout deadlines while maintaining quality, accuracy, and client responsiveness. Commercially minded, target-driven, and able to build strong client relationships in the Zambia market.
