Follow Job Role: Sales Floor Assistant To provide efficient, quality customer retention and service. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and helping customers find products Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Restock shelves, display, and inventory as needed Support sales goals and promotions Work with a team to ensure a positive shopping experience Check for and remove expired or damaged items from shelves Selecting and placing goods on shelves, checking for stock levels and ensuring products are neat and tidy Must be able to replenish stock outs and proper stock handling Receive and store goods in the required area Prepare, prepack and merchandise stock Ensure that the damages and expiry procedures are adequately followed High school diploma or equivalent Food handlers’ certification & food production certification 1–2 yrs of experience in merchandising products Basic knowledge in sales floor/shelf packer Good communication and problem solving skills Physical fitness and ability to work at heights Candidate should be medically fit Skills, abilities, knowledge, licenses, certifications: Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Must be able to stay calm and focused Supervisory skills – ability to train employees to use time efficiently and to be uncompromising regarding service delivery Physical Exam Required: Medical Report & Police Clearance
