Follow Tough Team Investments Ltd is seeking a proactive, results-driven and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Generate leads and assist in converting inquiries into sales. Prepare quotations and follow up on client requests. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Assist with marketing and promotional activities. Maintain accurate sales records and reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Qualifications and Skills Zambia Location Jobs Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Sales, or a related field. 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related role. Strong experience in bid preparation and tender submission. Hands-on experience using the Electronic Government Procurement (E-GP) system for Government tenders is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Must be a holder of a valid driver’s license.
