Follow JOB VACANCY: RESTAURANT MANAGER We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff effectively to achieve business goals. Manage daily restaurant operations and service delivery Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant staff Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control costs Prepare budgets, sales reports, and performance records Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations Implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in restaurant management Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Computer literacy (POS systems and MS Office)
