Follow The Zambia Law Development Commission (ZLDC), a statutory body established under the Zambia Law Development Commission Act, Chapter 32 of the Laws of Zambia, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced Zambians to fill the following vacant positions arising from the approved revised organisational structure. To provide comprehensive technical support for the procurement of goods, services, and works in order to facilitate institutional operations and ensure consistent material availability across all Commission departments. Key Duties and Responsibilities Procurement Operations: Execute day-to-day procurement operations for goods, works, and services in strict compliance with public procurement regulations and ZLDC guidelines. Tender Management: Prepare technical bidding documents, requests for proposals, and formal contract papers. Evaluation & Reporting: Assist in evaluating supplier bids, conduct market research, and draft detailed evaluation reports for management. Contract Administration: Monitor supplier performance and track contract fulfillment to ensure compliance with delivery timelines and specifications. Supplier Relations: Maintain and update an authorized register of pre-qualified suppliers, contractors, and service providers. Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate Degree in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent Member of Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply
