Ensure strict implementation of school policies, safeguarding procedures, and performance systems. Lead the school’s technical management system: standards, reporting, quality assurance, and improvement cycles. Manage staff performance, mentoring, appraisal, and professional development. Deliver clear operational accountability: attendance, learners’ welfare, learning standards, and reporting, Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching (or equivalent).
