Follow PARTNERSHIP MANAGER – AGENCY NETWORKS Reports to: Chief Partnership Officer | 1 Position Build strategic relationships with investment agencies, broker-dealers and advisory networks to grow revenue and market share.Zambia job market Develop and manage agency, wealth management and institutional distribution partnerships. Lead partner due diligence, negotiation, contracting and onboarding. Drive partner productivity, client acquisition, inflows and revenue. Provide product training and sales support; coordinate joint marketing. Track, forecast and report partnership-channel performance. Full Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field. A Master’s is an added advantage. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills; proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools.
