POSITION 2: MEDICAL MENTORS — 2 (TWO) POSITIONS Station Various — see distribution table below Reports To District Health Director To coordinate and undertake the provision of HIV/TB mentorship programs in order to improve the capacity of service providers. Coordinates and undertakes HIV/TB mentorship programs in order to improve clinical outcomes. Undertakes effectively the monitoring and evaluation of HIV/TB programs in order to facilitate appropriate interventions. Knowledge and Skills Requirements Full Form V/Grade 12 Certificate. Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) or equivalent. Valid registration with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ). Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience. Ability to write comprehensive reports. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Computer literacy, integrity, analytical skills, confidentiality and interpersonal skills.
