Good communication and friendly attitude. Ability to stay calm in stressful moments. Requirements of the Job include: Watch the pool area to keep swimmers safe during all swimming lessons. Stop unsafe acts and rules breaking quickly. Help people and give first aid or CPR in an emergency. Keep the pool deck clean and safe. Test pool water quality as needed.
