In its quest to provide solid waste management services, LISWMC is looking for suitably qualified, creative and self-driven individuals for the following positions to join the Company, to be based in Lusaka.History JOB TITLE: Legal Officer – Prosecution (01 Position) JOB PURPOSE: To provide legal support to the Office of Legal Counsel, manage dockets, court attendance, and case records for enforcement matters, under the supervision of the Legal Counsel. Full Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent. Advocate of the High Court of Zambia. Member of the Law Association of Zambia (with a current practicing certificate). At least four (4) years’ post-qualification experience in a legal, compliance, or enforcement/prosecution environment. Appointment or eligibility for appointment as a Public Prosecutor, and prior experience in local authority, environmental, or public-sector legal practice, will be an added advantage.
