Follow Job Requirements – Legal Counsel Job Requirements – Legal Counsel Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position at a Financial Institution or law firm. 3 years post admission to the Bar. Law Degree & Advocate of the High Court for Zambia. Good Communication and Presentation Skills, Orally & Verbally , Good analytical and critical thinking skills. Adherence to Corporate Governance Tenets. Manage litigation matters, disputes, and related legal proceedings. Monitor legislation and regulatory developments, conduct legal research, review procedures, and provide legal opinions and reports to the Head of Legal/Company Secretary. Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on contracts and other legal documents.
