As an HR Officer, you will be at the core of our operations, working closely with both employees and management to promote a harmonious and efficient workplace. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives. Support the recruitment and selection process by sourcing suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies. Assist in designing and delivering training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Manage employee benefits, overtime calculations, timesheets, payroll processes, and leave administration. Continuously review HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1–2 years’ proven experience in an HR role, with a solid understanding of HR best practices and Zambian labour laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships and effectively address employee concerns. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Micropay and other relevant HR systems. Membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM).
