Ensure clients remain compliant with all relevant regulatory bodies and statutory requirements Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients and handle official correspondence Stay current with evolving HR legislation and best practices Manage end-to-end payroll processing and fulfil all statutory obligations Maintain accurate and secure HR records in both physical and electronic formats Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting through to offer Draft and verify employment contracts and related onboarding documentation Facilitate smooth employee onboarding and induction experiences Draft, review, and implement HR policies and procedures for clients Chair disciplinary hearings and produce accurate hearing minutes Respond to client HR queries promptly and professionally Sensitise employees to workplace processes, policies, and expectations Provide operational support to Senior Associates Assist with training and development activities as required Collaborate across business divisions to deliver seamless client service Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in HR administration and payroll processing Advanced working knowledge of Zambian employment law and HR best practices Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, approachable, and empathetic in dealing with clients and employees Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated, honest, and solutions-focused
