An opportunity has arisen in the Pensions Department, and ZSIC Life Plc invites applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and self-driven Zambian nationals for the position below. To lead the multi-employer pensions portfolio by providing strategic oversight for effective fund administration, business growth, board minute-taking, client service, and compliance with the Insurance Act. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) Develops and executes strategies to expand the Group Pensions business portfolio. Drives targeted growth in pensions revenue and client acquisition. KPI 3. Client Relationship Management Maintains high client retention and satisfaction through consistent engagement and quality service delivery. Ensures full compliance with pensions laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. Implements risk controls and prevents regulatory breaches and financial mismanagement. Improves pension processes to ensure timeliness, cost efficiency, and accuracy. Introduces or improves pension products in line with market needs and strategic objectives. Delivers strong profit margins and effective cost control within the approved pension portfolio budget. Builds and sustains a high-performing pensions team through training, coaching, and performance management. KPI 10. Board Minute Taking and Storage Ensures trustee meeting minutes are accurately recorded, securely stored, and easily retrievable. Strengthens relationships with trustees, regulators, and institutional clients to enhance influence and business growth. KPI 12. Anti-Money Laundering Monitoring Ensures anti-money laundering controls are embedded in pensions operations, with minimal audit or PIA inspection findings. Collaborative and teamwork-oriented Pensions legal framework and industry knowledge Excellent presentation and report writing skills MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Insurance & Pension Management, or equivalent. Master’s Degree in any relevant field is an added advantage. Membership of an appropriate professional body. Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience, with five (5) years being in a senior leadership role.
