Follow To support the Home Broadband (HBB) business by providing data-driven insights, performance tracking, and analytical support to drive sales growth, optimize distribution, and improve market execution. Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly Home Broadband sales performance. Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for territories and clusters. Tracking performance against targets and highlighting gaps with actionable insights. Analysing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the HBB business. Providing insights on market extraction, trade visibility, and conversion rates. Tracking productivity of Sales Executives, Installers, and Channel Partners. Monitoring coverage, outlet productivity, and agent performance. Providing insights to improve route-to-market strategies and market penetration. Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. At least 2–4 years’ experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Analysis. Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Telecommunications or FMCG industry experience is an added advantage. Good planning and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Goal‑oriented with high personal standards. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
