The institution is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following positions: 1.3 GRANTS AND PARTNERSHIPS OFFICER To identify and track funding opportunities from government, private and international sectors Co-ordinate grant proposal development processes and budget and financial planning for proposals Serve as liaison between the College and external stakeholders as well as foster sound relationships with funding agencies and strategic partners Monitor compliance of funded projects as well as prepare progress reports Train staff in grant writing, fundraising and project management Full Form 5/ Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent Master’s Degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Business or a related field A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in research co-ordination or academic environment as well as a demonstrable record of research publications Strong proposal writing and fundraising skills Project Management and reporting skills Financial Literacy and compliance knowledge Excellent networking and communication skills
