As a participant, you will rotate through key areas of our business, gaining a 360-degree view of retail operations, from the shop floor to the boardroom. You will rotate through various departments including Warehouse Operations, Sales, and most importantly in-store Customer Service. Each rotation is designed to provide you with a deep understanding of how different functions contribute to our overall success. Throughout the program, you will participate in training sessions focused on developing essential leadership skills, such as team management, strategic thinking, and decision-making. You will be paired with a senior leader who will serve as your mentor, providing guidance, support, and insights into the business. You will take ownership of key projects that have a real impact on Bookworld’s business. These projects are designed to challenge you and allow you to apply the knowledge and skills you’ve acquired throughout the program.
