Follow The Zambia Law Development Commission (ZLDC), a statutory body established under the Zambia Law Development Commission Act, Chapter 32 of the Laws of Zambia, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced Zambians to fill the following vacant positions arising from the approved revised organisational structure. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE DIRECTOR (ZLDC 4) Director and Commission Secretary To provide high-level executive, administrative, and coordination support to the Director and Commission Secretary in order to facilitate effective leadership, communication, and decision-making. Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide executive and administrative support to the Director and Commission Secretary; Coordinate meetings, prepare briefs, minutes, and follow-up action points; Manage confidential correspondence, records, and schedules; Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director; Support coordination and tracking of institutional programmes and assignments. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant supervisory experience in an executive or senior administrative support role. Post-qualification experience in legal research or policy analysis will be an added advantage.
