Follow Reporting To: Operations Manager We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to oversee: This role focuses on safe, compliant, and cost-effective delivery, with strong attention to asset integrity, contractor governance, and disciplined project execution. Lead and manage the engineering team. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programmes. Deliver engineering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Ensure no work is done without approved budgets, defined scopes, valid contracts, and purchase orders. Manage contractor engagements and ensure proper approvals. Enforce HSE compliance and safe systems of work. Manage engineering budgets with cost efficiency and discipline. Report on project progress, capital expenditure, and maintenance performance. Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and execution discipline. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering field. Membership of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ). Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in project execution, contractor management, and maintenance of industrial or infrastructure assets. Experience in oil marketing, energy, construction, or industrial environments is an advantage. Strong understanding of contract management, cost control, and engineering governance. Proficiency in ERP systems and asset/maintenance tools. Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
