Chilanga Cement, Ndola Plant, is looking to recruit dynamic, motivated, enthusiastic and qualified individuals to take up the role of; Within the framework of the company’s objectives and yearly plans, his mission is to drive pool vehicles on a daily basis as instructed by the supervisor, to run errands, transport people to and from various destination and any other relate jobs that may arise. Drives a light vehicle and light truck Performs pre-shift checks on vehicle and reports any defects to supervisor Ensures that the vehicle is in road worth condition Ensures there is water, oil, fuel and lights at all times Ensure tax, fitness and insurance discs are valid and visibly displayed on the windscreen Account for fuel usage and present a report to the supervisor every month Performs any other duties as required by the superior from time to time Education background & Experience Valid Class B Driver’s Licence for manual transmission. A Class CE Driver’s Licence will be an added advantage. At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in a busy work environment, with a valid driver’s licence held for a minimum of five (5) years. Able to complete log sheets/books Able to communicate in English and normal work group contact Ability to read/write gauge measurements Hand and foot manipulations to control vehicle
