We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Document Control Coordinator to manage and maintain critical operational documentation across multiple platforms. This role is key to ensuring accurate information, smooth workshop flow, and strong cross-team communication Maintain and update documents across SmartSheets, Google Sheets, Excel, and FMP (Fleet Maintenance Pro)Conduct daily document checks to ensure accuracy and relevance Identify and report process gaps or documentation issues Log and track breakdowns and workshop flow, ensuring timely follow up Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and consistency upport the rollout of improved document control processes and best practices Experience with document management systems (SmartSheets, Google Sheets, Excel; FMP advantageous) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and proactively Clear and confident communication skills Exposure to maintenance or breakdown management Working times: Mondays – Fridays 07h30 – 16h30 & alternate Saturdays 08h00 – 12h00 The company reserves the right to withdraw from the recruitment process at any time, at its sole discretion.
