Conduct field activations and customer acquisition campaigns Drive loan application onboarding and digital adoption Build referral pipelines within communities and informal markets Achieve aggressive weekly and monthly sales targets Support portfolio quality through customer education and follow-up Proven ability to meet daily and monthly acquisition targets Informal sector customer behavior Comfortable working in high-volume field environments The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
