Acquire payroll and salary-backed loan customers Conduct institutional activations and employer visits Drive monthly loan disbursement targets Support onboarding and verification processes Maintain strong customer retention and referral pipelines Proven monthly disbursement performance history Strong understanding of payroll-based credit assessment Experience handling customer onboarding and KYC processes The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
