Handle customer orders responsibly and ensure they reach the correct customer. Promote Kalulu Delivery’s services. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Communicate effectively with customers and the Kalulu Delivery team. Must be able to ride a bicycle or motorbike. Good knowledge of Mufulira and surrounding areas. Self-motivated and target-driven. Able to work independently and take initiative responsibly. Honest, reliable and presentable. Valid licence (for motorbike riders). Bicycle Riders: May use their own bicycle or bicycles provided by Kalulu Delivery. Motorbike Riders: Must provide their own motorbike, a valid riding licence and the necessary documentation that may be required. This is a commission-based position.
