Save the Children wishes to invite qualified individuals to apply for the following Temporal position Duty Station: Chongwe, Rufunsa districts Role Purpose: To collect Baseline indicator data for the Child Sensitive Social Protection – 3.0 Project (2026-2029) project’s outcome and selected output indicators. The Baseline study will establish a comprehensive benchmark of the current situation on information for the project’s selected outcome and output indicators. The information will provide a benchmark for project monitoring and evaluation. Period of Engagement: Two (2) Weeks Collect data from the identified CWAC areas in Chongwe and Rufunsa districts using already developed data collection tools; •Child questionnaire including the international social and emotional learning assessment (ISELA) tool and a Caregiver questionnaire as well as demographics (including Washington Group Questions (WGQs), caregiver practices, nutrition and education (enrolment, transition and drop out) related data •Use Kobo toolbox for the collection of all the data •Conduct Data cleaning for the collected Baseline data •Submit the collected data sets to SCI at the end of the study: All original study instruments with their recorded field data; copies of all Excel files QUALIFICATIONS and DESIRABLE QUALITIES: •Speaks and reads fluently English and has good literacy and understanding of local languages spoken in Chongwe and Rufunsa (Nyanja, Lenje, Soli) Resident of the Chongwe, and Rufunsa or any nearby locations •Must have done data collection before (Kobo data collection will be added advantage) •Ability to work independently, be organized and patient Level 3 – the responsibilities of the post may require the post holder to have regular contact with or access to children or young people.
