We are looking for a proactive, organised and performance-driven CRM Assistant Manager to support the CRM Manager in managing daily CRM operations, customer engagement, loyalty and retention activities. Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Customer Relationship Management, Communications or related field. Experience in CRM, customer service, sales, retail or call-centre operations. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage. Good understanding of WhatsApp Business, CRM systems and customer data management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage KPIs, deadlines and team performance. Customer-focused, disciplined and highly accountable. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, disciplined, customer-focused and strong in team coordination, with the ability to turn CRM strategy into consistent daily execution.
